Paramilitary forces (semi-militarized force organizational structure, tactics, training, and subculture).
Paramilitary forces are not military forces, it’s usually equivalent to military’s light infantry forces in terms of intensity, firepower, and organized structure. A paramilitary may also commonly fall under the command of military, even despite not being part of the military or play an assenting role for the military in times of war.
Constable General Duty:
GD Constables comes under the supervision of SHO. Any other task or duties assigned by the SHO will have to be performed by the GD Constables teaches in this coaching. They are responsible for the overall activities in absence of Assistant Sub-Inspector and Sub-inspectors. General Duty is the backbone of the army and consists mainly of fighting troops apart from other trades. You could be enrolled in Arms or Services. The duties will be as under:-
1. Arms: In Arms, you could join the Infantry, Artillery, Armoured Corps, Engineers or Army Air Defence (AAD) as fighting troops, drivers, operators, gunners etc and other Duties.
2. Services: In Services you could be enrolled into Army Service Corps (ASC), Army Ordnance Corps (AOC), Army Medical Corps (AMC) on General Duties, operators, drivers etc.
